Before you begin, please note that the Soroptimist Leadership Fellows Program is a multi-year commitment and certificate-based program designed to help participants deepen and expand their leadership skills in a dynamic, interactive environment.

The program focuses on leadership development, not specific training for any Soroptimist leadership role you may hold or aspire to hold. Through this initiative, participants will gain valuable skills that can be applied personally, professionally, and in their volunteer work, enriching their overall capabilities. This training program is designed to further develop you as a leader within any business or organization.

Upon acceptance into the program and by signing below, you:

--Commit to attend the three sessions listed below on the following dates/times/locations. Only those who attend all three sessions will graduate from the Fellows Program. Power Points and materials will be shared with the permission of the presenters. Please note, Recordings of the two virtual sessions will be available for participants to view for a period of one week following the live virtual events.
- June 28, 2025, 1p.m. - 4p.m. EDT – Virtual
- December 13, 2025, 1p.m. - 4p.m. EST – Virtual
- July 26, 2026, 9a.m. - 5p.m. KST, Incheon, Korea*
*This session follows SIA’s 49th Biennial Convention in Incheon, Korea. Fellows Program participants are responsible for their own flight and accommodation for this in-person session. A virtual option is not available for this session, and it will not be recorded. If you do not attend all three sessions, you will not graduate from the program.

--Agree to join and contribute to small group virtual activities/projects with other Fellows Program participants throughout the duration of the program which are assigned as part of the Fellows Program curriculum.
