2025 Region Conferences Report and Pin Requests

Thank you for your time and efforts as Region Fundraising Chair! We have adjusted a few of our processes this year, so please read the below information carefully and let us know if you have any questions.

Please submit all pin requests by March 15th so that we have ample time to process and mail all shipments in advance of Region Conferences.

As for reports, this year we will be sending every RFC reports on a rolling basis without needing to request them. Please see the second page of this form for the tentative reporting schedule.

In-person meetings are a great time to celebrate our Laurel Society members and Stargazers! If you anticipate needing pins for Region Conferences, please check the boxes below.

If you select "Yes" to recieving Laurel Society pins, you will be mailed a shipment of LS pins based on data for your region.

If you select "Yes" to recieving Stargazer pins, you will be mailed 15 Stargazer pins.

Please note that all Laurel Legacy and Inner Circle pins will be shipped directly from SIA Headquarters to donors. If you anticipate needing an Inner Circle pin, please contact development@soroptimist.org to coordinate.

We will make every effort to have the pins arrive to your shipping destination well in advance of your meeting, but we are not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control that are currently affecting many regions.

In the instance that you run out of pins, please email development@soroptimist.org and let us know who needs to receive a pin. Pins will be shipped directly to members.

In the instance that you have extra pins, you may keep them if you think you'll use them or you can mail them back. If you choose to mail them back, please ship them to SIA Headquarters at the following address:
