    To help us learn more and prepare for your upcoming region conference, please complete this form so we may learn more about your request for an Official Visitor, when the Region Roadmap conversation will occur, helpful content for the event, and more.

     

    Please complete and submit this form no later than August 31, 2026.

  • Is your region willing to cover travel expenses beyond the standard travel costs?*
  • Is your region able to receive the official visitor’s written speech in your language, while the visitor gives the speech in her language?*
  • If needed, will your region cover the costs (hourly rate, hotel and other accommodations) for professional interpretation services provided by the Federation for the official visitor during the conference, including their speech and workshops?
