To avoid processing delays, club presidents and treasurers are encouraged to update club officer information directly through the Member Portal. For instructions on updating or adding officers, please refer to this guide.
If the updates were completed in the portal, you DO NOT need to submit this form to Headquarters.
Use this form to report club officer changes to Headquarters. Only club presidents and/or treasurers may submit it.
Required fields are marked with an *. If a field does not have an asterisk, you may leave it blank. Please enter all required information using English characters.
Once received, the Member Care team will process your request and notify you by email when the updates are complete.
A copy of your submission will be shared with your Region Governor and Region Membership Chair.
